Player Agreement — Dorados
This Player Agreement governs your access to and use of Dorados, a free-to-play social sweepstakes platform. By creating an account, browsing the site, or participating in any promotion, you agree to be bound by these terms in full. No purchase necessary to play or win, and no purchase will increase your chances of winning. If you do not agree to any part of this agreement, you must not create an account or use the platform.
Player Agreement Overview
Dorados operates as a social sweepstakes platform offering two forms of virtual currency, Gold Coins and Sweeps Coins, for entertainment purposes. This agreement, together with any referenced policies, forms the complete understanding between you and the operating company regarding your use of the platform.
These terms apply to every visitor, registered player, and promotional participant. The operating company may update this agreement, and continued use of Dorados after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Sweepstakes void where prohibited by law.
Nothing in this agreement offers real-money gambling. Dorados is a free-to-play social experience, and Gold Coins carry no cash value under any circumstance.
Arbitration and Class-Action Waiver
Any dispute arising out of or relating to this agreement or your use of Dorados shall be resolved through binding, individual arbitration rather than in court, except where prohibited by applicable law, including disputes about the scope of this arbitration clause itself.
You and the operating company each waive any right to a jury trial and agree that claims must be brought in an individual capacity only. Neither party may participate as a plaintiff or class member in any class, consolidated, or representative proceeding.

Eligibility Requirements and Personal Representations
To register an account, you must be 18 years or older (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher), a legal resident of a jurisdiction where participation is permitted, and capable of forming a binding contract. Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of the operating company are not eligible to participate in promotions.
By registering, you represent that all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete, and that you will maintain its accuracy throughout your use of the platform. You further represent that you are not accessing Dorados from a jurisdiction where participation is restricted or unlawful.

- Only one account is permitted per person, household, and device.
- Participation is void where prohibited by state or local law.
The operating company may request proof of age, identity, and residency at any time, and may suspend an account pending verification.
Digital License and Social Token Framework
Dorados grants you a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use Gold Coins and Sweeps Coins solely within the platform for entertainment purposes. This license conveys no ownership interest in the underlying software, game content, or virtual currency.
Gold Coins are a play-only virtual currency with no cash value and cannot be redeemed, exchanged, transferred, or sold under any circumstance. Sweeps Coins are a promotional entry currency that may be redeemable for prizes where legally permitted, subject to the platform’s redemption rules and applicable eligibility requirements described elsewhere on this site.
Compliance with the no purchase necessary rules is central to this framework: free methods of obtaining Gold Coins and Sweeps Coins are always available, and no purchase is required to participate, enter, or win. All virtual currency remains the property of the operating company and has no value outside the platform.
Account Security and Profile Administration
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity under your account. Notify the operating company promptly of any unauthorized access or suspected security breach.
Account information, including your name, contact details, and redemption information where applicable, must be kept accurate and current. The operating company may suspend an account where information cannot be verified.
You may not share, sell, lease, or transfer your account to any other person. Each player is limited to a single account, and the operating company reserves the right to consolidate, suspend, or close accounts that violate this restriction.
Fraud, Abuse, and Prohibited Activity
The operating company maintains a zero-tolerance approach toward fraud, collusion, automated play, and any attempt to manipulate the platform’s systems, promotions, or virtual currency balances. Engaging in prohibited activity may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account.
- Creating multiple accounts or using false identity information.
- Using bots, scripts, or other automated tools to interact with the platform.
- Exploiting software errors or attempting to reverse-engineer game outcomes.
- Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage.
Where fraud is suspected, the operating company may withhold Sweeps Coins redemptions, void affected activity, and report conduct to relevant authorities as required by law.
Intellectual Property and User Contributions
All content on Dorados, including graphics, game titles, logos, software, and text, is owned by or licensed to the operating company and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute this content without prior written permission.
If you submit feedback, reviews, or other content to Dorados, you grant the operating company a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and display that content in connection with the platform’s operation and promotion.
You agree not to upload or transmit any content that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable while using Dorados.
System Outages and Technical Disruptions
The operating company makes reasonable efforts to keep Dorados available but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. The platform may be unavailable due to maintenance, technical failure, or events beyond reasonable control.
In the event of a verified software or communication error affecting game outcomes, Gold Coin balances, or Sweeps Coin balances, the operating company reserves the right to void affected results and restore accounts to their last verified state.
The operating company is not liable for any loss of access, delay, or interruption resulting from technical disruptions outside its reasonable control.
Liability Limits and Indemnification
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dorados and the operating company disclaim all warranties, express or implied, regarding the platform’s operation or content. Use of the platform is at your own risk.
The operating company’s aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the value of any unredeemed Sweeps Coins associated with your account at the time a claim arises, and it shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of Dorados.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the operating company, its affiliates, and personnel from any claim, loss, or expense arising from your breach of this agreement or misuse of the platform.
Termination and General Provisions
The operating company may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for violation of this agreement or conduct it deems harmful to the platform or other players. You may also close your account at any time via our Contact page.
This agreement is governed by the laws applicable in the operating company’s jurisdiction of organization, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. If any provision of this agreement is held invalid, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
This Player Agreement, together with the Privacy Policy and any posted promotional rules, constitutes the entire agreement between you and the operating company regarding use of Dorados.
